
Dr. Jose Arcay is a Florida native and graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. He currently serves as the Clinical Director of EKOS Dental Group, where he provides clinical leadership, mentors dentists across multiple practices, develops evidence-based treatment protocols, oversees quality assurance initiatives, and helps establish a consistent standard of excellence throughout the organization.
Dedicated to lifelong learning and clinical excellence, Dr. Arcay has completed more than 1,000 hours of advanced continuing educationbeyond dental school in implant dentistry, comprehensive restorative dentistry, occlusion, esthetic dentistry, oral surgery, digital workflows, and sedation. He is a Kois Center Graduate, a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI), and has completed the comprehensive Implant Pathway Continuum, receiving advanced training in everything from single-tooth implant therapy to complex full-arch implant rehabilitation. He also holds a Florida Moderate Sedation Permit and has advanced training in IV moderate sedation, allowing him to safely provide sedation for complex surgical procedures.
Dr. Arcay’s practice centers on comprehensive restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, porcelain veneers, full-mouth rehabilitation, implant dentistry, immediate implant placement, guided bone regeneration, lateral ridge augmentation, sinus augmentation, hard and soft tissue grafting, full-arch implant reconstruction, complex extractions, occlusal rehabilitation, and interdisciplinary treatment planning. He has a particular passion for managing complex cases that combine surgical precision with highly esthetic restorative outcomes.
A recognized leader in digital dentistry, Dr. Arcay utilizes a fully digital workflow that incorporates intraoral scanning, cone beam computed tomography (CBCT), facial photography, digital smile design, photogrammetry, CAD/CAM technology, computer-guided implant surgery, surgical guide design, 3D printing, and AI-assisted diagnostic technologies. His technology-driven approach allows him to deliver predictable, minimally invasive treatment while maximizing precision, efficiency, and long-term clinical success.
In addition to private practice, Dr. Arcay is a national and international lecturer, teaching dentists advanced techniques in implant dentistry, digital workflows, guided surgery, CBCT-driven treatment planning, atraumatic extraction techniques, surgical guide design, 3D printing, digital treatment planning, photogrammetry, and modern restorative protocols. He is passionate about helping fellow clinicians integrate emerging technologies into everyday practice and is committed to advancing the profession through education, mentorship, and continuing education.
